Our choices for Waypoint
We want to know exactly what choices are made, and exactly what coffee in included each month, so we source the green coffee ourselves. We buy coffee from our friends who own small import businesses, through the Collaborative Coffee Network and the Green Coffee Collective, to ensure everybody benefits from the coffee sets.
We roast and Q.C all of the coffee ourselves on an Aillio Bullet at a local coffee roastery. This way we can assure quality, as well as support another local business. The profiles used are our own and can be found inside of the information booklets. The price of each month’s set may vary, this is to reflect the price of the green coffee that we buy, and allows us more space and liberty to find the perfect coffee to showcase each theme.
